HOW TO PREPARE PHYSICALLY AND MENTALLY FOR PLAYING FOOTBALL FOR THE FIRST TIME TOMORROW?

My mother sealed me up for the football stay which starts tomorrow. It’s not the lot of warning, yet we longed for to schooled how to fool around football. I’ve never played football prior to though, as great as nonetheless I’m flattering great coordinated, we get shaken as great as self concious easily. There’ll be the lot of alternative kids there too, so we wish to appear good. What can we do to during slightest ease down?

    well if you have a ball at home a big ball like a football of course or a basketball just lye down have the ball and just throw it up and catch it when it comes down….now this my sound stupid but believe me it helps with your Hands you get to be well aware of your Capabilities believe it worked for me

    Have fun! That is all that matters. Play every play out there like it is your last. Do what coaches say. Smile when you hit someone and tell them you’ll be right back. In the mean time run around your block until to get your nerves calm.
